A scientific and practical seminar was held at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel with the participation of Professor Binur Adamovna Taitorina, Doctor of Law and Head of the project “Architecture of the Transformation of the Organizational Culture of the Civil Service of Kazakhstan” under the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the seminar, the results of the research project “Architecture of the Transformation of the Organizational Culture of the Civil Service of Kazakhstan” were presented. In addition, a monograph entitled “Developing Methodological Foundations for the Advancement of Organizational Culture in the Civil Service under the Transformation of Management Paradigms” was introduced.

Professor Binur Adamovna Taitorina also conducted a training session for the Institute’s participants, focusing on modern approaches to the formation and development of organizational culture in the civil service. During the session, participants gained valuable insights into international practices, contemporary management mechanisms, and current priorities for improving the civil service system.
