A short-term professional development training course entitled “Enhancing Professional Development Competencies” has commenced for heads of departments of the Central Office of the Ministry of Justice, heads of regional justice authorities, and their deputies.

The course is aimed at developing modern management skills, strategic thinking, effective team leadership, strengthening leadership capacity, and further enhancing the professional competencies of managerial personnel.

Throughout the programme, participants will attend training sessions and practical workshops led by qualified experts on such relevant topics as modern approaches to public administration, effective communication, decision-making, human resource management, and other key areas.

It is expected that, upon completion of the course, participants will effectively apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their professional activities, thereby contributing to the further improvement of the efficiency of justice authorities.
