The trainees of the Institute, consisting of employees of the Ministry of Justice system, became acquainted with the activities of the Research and Training Institute under the Ministry of Justice of Japan.

As part of the professional development and practical internship program, the participants studied Japan’s legal system, the activities of the Ministry of Justice, as well as civil, criminal and judicial legislation.

During the study visit, various training sessions were conducted on different areas of law, including the fundamentals of substantive and procedural legislation.
