Within the framework of a practical training on international arbitration, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel and the Turkic Arbitration Association.

This memorandum is aimed at developing mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties, expanding the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of international arbitration, and enhancing the professional capacity of specialists.

Within the framework of the document, the following areas are envisaged:

organization of joint educational programs and training sessions;

holding seminars and conferences with the involvement of international experts;

development of scientific and practical cooperation;

creation of new opportunities for trainees and specialists.

The agreement will contribute to further strengthening the Institute’s international partnerships and elevating the quality of legal education and training to a new level.
